Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions (“Terms”) are a set of legal terms defined by a website owner. They set out the terms and conditions that govern the activities of visitors on a website, as well as the relationship between website visitors and the website owner.
Terms should be defined based on the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website that offers products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires different Terms than a website that only provides information.
Terms provide the website owner with the ability to protect themselves from potential legal liability.
